  • Acne is an infectious as well as inflammatory disease of the pilo sebaceous gland it is common in teenagers and adolescents and primarily affects the oily skin.
  •  Acne is caused by increased intake of dairy , carbohydrates , oily foods, Increased male sex hormones (Androgen ), Acne causing bacteria (Propionibacterium acnes ) and unhygienic condition.
