CLEANSE YOUR BODY THROUGH FASTING

Fasting is a willful refrainment from eating for a period of time. Almost all religions adopted the act of fasting to pay off their devotion. Fasting helps to cleanse our body and mind. Due to the life style changes ,we are used to take food 3 or more times a day and we are becoming a Rogi’s(one with ill health) and our digestive system keeps on functioning without any rest and the essences of the food is also always utilized by our body without any pass, which results in the accumulations of toxins in our body. If the food is not taken for a period of time our body will be at rest and it cleanses on its own. Fasting is a therapy . It is a effective way to provoke the digestive fire and it burns away the accumulated toxins in the body.
